TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS
1. AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS membership is issued to individuals and each member has a Digital Card AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS.
2. Membership of AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS is open to Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals aged 15 years and above who are domiciled in Indonesia or outside Indonesia where the AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS program is applied, according to the conditions of the registration conditions.
3. The Digital Card AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS card can only be used by the name printed on the AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS Digital Card for the purposes and objectives associated with the AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS Digital Card membership.
4. Digital Card AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS members are fully responsible for the use of the Digital Card AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS and their use is subject to the conditions specified by AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS.
5. The name written at the time of registration must be the same as the name listed on the ID card or identification provided.
6. AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS has the right to reject registration forms that are incomplete and do not meet the requirements without notice.
7. AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS has the right at any time to make or change or interpret or implement policies and mechanisms for AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS Digital Card membership.
8. Digital Card AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS membership cannot be transferred or bought.
9. All benefits and privileges of each AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS Digital Card are valid according to the card type and cannot be combined.
10. AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS is not responsible for any risks caused due to abuse of membership.
11. All decisions made by AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS relating to Digital Card AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS membership are absolute and cannot be contested.
12. Registered members are only valid for 1 car, 1 police license plate, and 1 car no.
13. Member prices can change at any time.
14. If the member has expired, the normal price will apply.
15. Member payment money cannot be returned if the member is registered.
16. We are not responsible if you have left the AUTOGLAZE EXPRESS location.
