The digital world and automotive industry players go hand in hand in running a business. One of them is done by Autoglaze, one of the Auto Detailing and Paint Protection service industry players, in collaboration with Bizhare.

Collaboration between the two to offer shares of its two outlets in the Tendean and Fatmawati areas through a crowdfunding securities scheme.

Autoglaze CEO Robby Kurnia said that advances in information technology, especially the presence of digital platforms and all their supporting infrastructure, have had a significant impact on the management and distribution of economic resources.

"The rise of platform-based technology in the form of crowdfunding has made it easier for demand and supply of capital to meet," he said in a press conference, Wednesday (8/2).

Robby emphasized that Bizhare as one of the pioneers of the leading Securities Crowdfunding Organizer platform today, already has official permission from the OJK. Through this joint offering of shares, Autoglaze released 49% of the shares to the public.

By purchasing Autoglaze shares, which have been present in Indonesia since 2008 at Bizhare, consumers can "own" Autoglaze outlets at the Tendean and Fatmawati gas station branches in Jakarta.

"We want to make a leap of difference from other businesses. My goal is to be a customer to buy a member, while at the same time being an investor. To note, currently we can wash around 7,000 vehicles throughout Indonesia in one day with nearly 1,000 employees," said Robby.

For the price range for purchasing shares, consumers only have to pay a fee of IDR 1.8 million to become a holder of 20 shares and also get a member in Autoglaze.

Founder and CEO of Bizhare Heinrich Vincent said that this concept is the newest and first scheme in Indonesia, in which Autoglaze combines a share offering scheme with a membership system.

"With this new breakthrough, investors can not only become owners of Autoglaze, but can also take advantage of their membership facilities," explained Heinrich.
