Autoglaze, one of the industry players in auto detailing and paint protection services in Indonesia, is offering a portion of its shares in two of its outlets located in Fatmawati and Tendean Jakarta areas to consumers through a crowdfunding scheme by partnering with the Bizhare platform.

The rise of platform-based technology in the form of crowdfunding has facilitated the meeting of demand and supply of capital.

"The advancement of information technology, especially the presence of digital platforms and all their supporting infrastructure, has had a significant impact on the management and distribution of economic resources," said Autoglaze CEO Robby Kurnia in Jakarta yesterday.

Robby said that through the Bizhare platform, the car salon company, which also has an outlet in Pekanbaru, released 49 percent of its shares to the public.

"Now people can be part of the Autoglaze business by just being a member of Autoglaze," he said.

He said that by buying Autoglaze shares, which have been present in Indonesia since 2008 at Bizhare, consumers can "own" Autoglaze outlets at the Tendean and Fatmawati gas station branches in Jakarta.

"We want to make a leap of difference from other businesses. My goal is to buy a customer from a member, while at the same time becoming an investor. For information, we can wash around 7,000 vehicles in Indonesia in one day with nearly 1,000 employees," he concluded. .

Meanwhile, Bizhare Founder and CEO, Heinrich Vincent revealed that this scheme is the newest and first in Indonesia, where Autoglaze combines a share offering scheme with a membership or membership system.

"With this new breakthrough, investors can not only become owners of Autoglaze, but can also take advantage of their membership facilities," he said.
