The Autoglaze car salon network offers stock investment for the public through crowdfunding.

Autoglaze is not running this program alone because it works together with the crowdfunding organizer platform Bizhare.

"This concept is the newest and first scheme in Indonesia, in which Autoglaze and Bizhare combine a share offering scheme with membership," said Heinrich Vincent, Founder and CEO of Bizhare on the sidelines of a press conference, Wednesday (8/2/2023) in Jakarta.

"With this new breakthrough, investors can not only become investors and owners of Autoglaze, but can also become loyal customers of Autoglaze and take advantage of their platinum membership facilities," he added.

Autoglaze offered 49% or 24,616 shares for investment in two outlets (out of 200) of their car salons located at Tendean and Fatmawati gas stations, Jakarta.

Shares can be purchased through the Bizhare application at a price of IDR 50,000 per share.

At this opening stage (presales) Autoglaze is only offering it to the first 1,000 investors.

Investors only need to pay IDR 1,850,000 which is a bundling of:

- 20 shares of both Autoglaze branches
- Free Member Card Platinum Autoglaze worth IDR 1.8 million

Later, the first 1,000 investors will get several benefits in the form of:

- Free 1st and 2nd 2x Treatment (Each IDR 600,000)
- Free 1x Treatment on birthday (worth IDR 600,000)
- Free 6 x Fogging specifically for PRESALES (worth IDR 300,000 x 6 = IDR 1,800,000)
- Per arrival applies the member price, there is no limit on arrivals
Not only that, investors can also invite other colleagues to become members of Autoglaze.

In return, Autoglaze will provide a commission of 20% of the total membership value of IDR 1.8 million earlier.

It is hoped that the CEO of Autoglaze Robby Kurnia can increase the company's turnover and performance so that hundreds or even thousands of investors can feel the benefits.

"The return is 20-37 percent per year, depending on the company's performance," concluded Heinrich.
