The growth of the automotive industry in Indonesia has had an impact on many supporting sectors. This includes vehicle maintenance.

One of the business actors in this field is Autoglaze. As a market leader in Auto Detailing and Paint Protection services, apart from developing outlets in Indonesia, Autoglaze also works with brand holder agents (APM) in car wash services.

"We can wash around 7,000 vehicles in one day throughout Indonesia. Currently, we have nearly 1,000 employees," said Autoglaze CEO, Robby Kurnia in Jakarta, Wednesday (8/2/2023).

He said advances in information technology, especially the presence of digital platforms and all supporting infrastructure, had a positive impact on business management. This prompted Autoglaze to collaborate with Bizhare, a Securities crowdfunding platform, in developing the business.

"This step is to provide an opportunity for the public to have outlets and invite investors (the public) to be part of the Car Treatment business in Indonesia," said Robby.

He revealed that Autoglaze will release a 49 percent stake to investors for its two branches in Tendean and Fatmawati. Where people can be part of the business and become members.

Bizhare CEO, Henrich Vincent said, as a digital platform that focuses on MSMEs, his party has received official permission from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a crowdfunding security.

"So far we have invested in 105 businesses with a total funding of IDR 150 billion since 2018. Now we are working with Autogalze," he said.

What is the cooperation model like? "This is the first time in Indonesia, not only offering shares, but also sharing a membership loyalty program. The scheme is usually that if you buy shares, you only become a shareholder, you only get dividends. The difference here is that you can bundling, you can become a shareholder," said Henrich.
